Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, Friend, Teacher, Catherine Swearengen

St. Peter’s House of Prayer Baptist Church’s First Lady is like:

Bounty Paper Towels: The quicker picker upper! If you’re feeling down, she will pick you up then, lift you up in prayer.

Chevy Truck: “Like a rock…oh like a rock;” Catherine is solid. She draws from the Rock of her salvation. That Rock is Jesus!

State Farm: “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there;” Well, Catherine is there! She is there for Sunday school, church service, Bible Study, church picnics…

7-Up: “The un-cola…never had it, never will;” No nonsense; what you see is what you get; Catherine has a way of telling it exactly the way she sees it.     

My Mc Donald’s: “I’m Lovin It!” Catherine is loving Jesus! He’s the best thing that ever happened to her.

NIKE: “Just Do It!” Whatever the task, she does not ask; Catherine, just do it! She bakes, volunteers, encourage her grandchildren and other young people.

Excedrin: “I have a headache this big and it has Excedrin written all over it.” Well, when it comes to serving God, you’ll find Catherine written all over it! Catherine seeks Christian settings because she finds, “there is a joy in serving God!”

Mop and Glow: “The triple action floor shine.” Catherine glows and she lets her light so shine before men so that others can glorify her Father which is in Heaven.

Swifter: Who’s that lady? That lady is our First Lady, Mrs. Catherine Swearenger.

Tonight, we celebrate the daughter of King Jesus, wife of Charles Swearengen Sr., and the mother of St. Peter’s House of Prayer Baptist Church. I introduce to some and present to all…our First Lady, Catherine Swearengen.
